Jacobson extends Stanley stay

Accrington Stanley boss John Coleman has extended Cardiff City midfielder Joe Jacobson's loan spell at the club for another month.

The 20-year-old has scored one goal in five appearances for the League Two strugglers since moving to Stanley in late November.

However, Coleman has decided not to keep fellow loanees Curtis McDonald and Adam Dugdale at the Fraser Eagle Stadium and they have returned to Cardiff and Crewe Alexandra respectively.

Meanwhile, David Brown has extended his loan spell at Conference side Burton Albion for another month, but Rikki Bains has returned to Stanley following his temporary move to Leek Town.
