Coleman tips McConville to prosper
Accrington manager John Coleman believes Sean McConville can establish himself in League Two this season after the striker netted a hat-trick in the weekend win over Macclesfield.Stanley recorded their first win of the season after McConville struck a superb treble to earn his team a 3-0 triumph at the Crown Ground and extend their unbeaten run to four matches. And Coleman reckons the 21-year-old has a sterling opportunity to make a name for himself at the club, telling the Lancashire Telegraph: "I told Sean that with Bobby Grant going this was the chance to make his name."He's got tremendous natural ability and I think people underestimate him. We've seen him grow up so we know what a good finisher he is."Coleman hailed the character of his players after they registered their first league goals, having fired blanks in their two previous outings. He added: "What we've got in the team now is a steely determination and a great spirit, like a lot of sides I've had since I've been here. These are another crop who are surprising me with their willingness to work for each other and the club."
