Accrington Stanley boss John Coleman has warned his players to pick up their games, following a run of four successive defeats.
The Reds are still not totally clear of relegation danger and Coleman has called for a big effort in Friday's showdown with Dagenham & Redbridge.
He told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph: "I think every time you go on to the pitch you are playing for your future.
"If the players don't realise that, they must be stupid. The pressure is increased on the players because we haven't won in four games and that is just not good enough.
"Our next game becomes a massive game, because if we don't win we're going to be in a relegation dogfight."
