Accrington Stanley boss John Coleman has agreed a deal to bring Charlton Athletic teenager Aswad Thomas to the club on a one-month loan deal.
The 18-year-old is expected to make his debut for Coleman's side in Saturday's League One encounter with Wycombe Wanderers.
The defender penned a professional contract with the Addicks last summer and has been a regular in the club's reserves.
He has yet to make a first-team appearance Alan Pardew's side, although he was an unused substitute in two Carling Cup games earlier this season.
