Clarets fight back to hold Stanley

Goals from John Miles (39) and Sean McConville (66) had the hosts ahead with a quarter of the match remaining, but Robbie Blake pulled one back for the Clarets after 83 minutes before Owen Coyle's men levelled late on through Steven Thompson. It was Burnley's first match since returning from their pre-season tour to the United States.
