Turner ready to play against Bury
The 19-year-old has missed the last 14 matches with ankle ligament damage sustained in October. He was not involved in Saturday's win against Morecambe despite being in contention and will be pushing for a place in John Coleman's squad.[LNB]Jimmy Ryan has been performing admirably for Stanley in Turner's absence, though, so if Turner is involved it will most likely be as a substitute.[LNB]Defender Leam Richardson, who is yet to play for Accrington this season, remains sidelined with a groin injury.[LNB]Stanley are on a fine run of form that has seen them climb into play-off contention, having lost just one of their last 10 games and they welcome Alan Knill's side to the Crown Ground aiming to record a fifth successive win.[LNB]However, the game still remains in some doubt, with snow still covering the pitch and terraces and Stanley have requested fans to help clear the ground on Sunday.[LNB]Mewanwhile, Coleman was full of praise for goal-hero Phil Edwards after his side handed the Shrimps a first defeat in nine games with a fine 2-1 win.[LNB]Edwards scored twice in six second-half minutes to give Stanley their fourth successive win, while Morecambe's only goal of the game came from Garry Hunter.[LNB]Coleman said: "I am delighted for Phil Edwards because I think he is the best defender in League Two and if he was a bit taller would be playing his football in the Championship at the very least.[LNB]"He missed a penalty last week at Notts County, so to take one in this game so convincingly took some bottle and it was great to see it sneak into the corner when the keeper went the right way."[LNB]Coleman added: "We played some great football at times, especially at the start of the second half when some of our play was breathtaking.[LNB]"We now have a difficult game on Monday against Bury and I'm hoping we can keep it going."[LNB][LNB]
