Accrington striker Terry Gornell is hoping to repay the faith shown by his manager John Coleman after breaking his goalscoring duck. Gornell bagged a brace to give Stanley their second win of the season with a comfortable 3-0 win over Lincoln on Friday night and was quick to thank Coleman and assistant Jimmy Bell for their support. "I know the gaffer's got faith in me and it's great to have the backing of the manager. You just want to go out and repay that faith" the 20-year-old told the official club website. "The gaffer's been on at me in the two weeks I've been here to react and get in front of my man and I have done and got a decent goal out of it." Gornell's two goals were his first for Stanley since his permanent move from Tranmere Rovers.
