Stanley waiting on Long

Accrington will face a nervous wait to see if they can include Kevin Long in their side to face Cheltenham. The on-loan Burnley defender has made 11 appearances for Stanley since joining in October but his stay at the Crown Ground has expired. Assistant manager Jimmy Bell said: "We're still waiting on whether we can keep him until the end of the season." Winger Chris Turner could be in contention after resuming full training following damage to his ankle. Defender Sean Hessey and midfielder Luke Joyce were on the bench for the 1-0 victory over Bury and will be in contention to start. Defender Leam Richardson made an appearance as a substitute and will also be targeting a place in the XI. Defender Joe Jacobson celebrated the extension of his loan from Oldham by scoring the winning goal against the Shakers and should retain his place.
