Stanley have been restricted to using just 20 professional players this season following the embargo that was placed on them by the Football League following a £308,000 unpaid tax bill back in September 2009.[LNB]However, Heys is now confident the club will have paid all its outstanding payments to HMRC and repaid a small PFA loan, which was used to pay the players' wages last year, in full by Sunday.[LNB]He said: "After the problems we have had this season we are now in a fantastic position and of a sound financial footing.[LNB]"We will have the option of registering players once again by the end of the week should John Coleman (manager) wish to add to the current squad that has done so well in recent weeks.[LNB]"We would like to thank the supporters, players and management for their support in what has been a turbulent few months and we look forward to a more positive outlook in the near future."[LNB][LNB]
