The strike duo, whose current deals both run out in the summer, have scored 25 goals between them in all competitions this season and have been linked with moves to Championship sides Derby and QPR respectively.[LNB]Symes could leave for nothing in June, although the terms of the Bosman ruling mean 19-year-old Grant would command a tribunal fee because he is under the age of 24.[LNB]Chief Executive Rob Heys said: "Both Michael and Bobby have been fantastic for us this season. We are very keen for them to stay at the Crown Ground and build on what they have achieved so far for us - they are both in our long-term plans."[LNB]He added: "We are in the best financial position we have been in for a long time and we do not need to be seen as a selling club anymore. We hope both deals can be concluded over the next few days."[LNB]Meanwhile, midfielder Gary King and defender Peter Murphy have signed new permanent deals until the summer.[LNB][LNB]
