Stanley are currently 11th in League Two, three points outside the play-off places, but face a busy end to the season with over half of their 46 league games still left to play.[LNB]The average age of his Reds squad is just 23 and with many of the side having not been involved in a promotion challenge before, Coleman knows they will have to prove their mental strength over the coming months.[LNB]He told the Lancashire Telegraph: "This is a chance for the players to kick on and pick up the required points to get past the magical 50 mark and then to push for the play-offs.[LNB]"I've always said that the most important aspect of any football club is the players and at this moment in time we've got a set of young lads who want to work hard and are enthusiastic about the game.[LNB]"But it will be interesting to see how they cope mentally with the stresses of the second part of the season because a lot of these players won't have played a lot of games on the bounce with pressure on every game."[LNB][LNB]
