Stanley boss bemoans Long dismissal

Accrington boss John Coleman was furious with Rotherham's equaliser as they came from behind to win 3-2 at the Crown Gorund. Andy Parkinson fired Accrington ahead but Adam Le Fondre levelled from the spot after Kevin Long was sent off. Jimmy Ryan rifled home another for valiant Stanley but goals from Exodus Geohaghon and Ryan Cresswell's injury-time header sealed the win. Coleman, whose side's unbeaten home record came to an end, said: "It wasn't a foul never mind a penalty and it was outside the area. I have no problem with Adam Le Fondre as he is a clever player but it's up to the referee to make the right decision. "The officials are paid a decent wage for a 90-minute game and it is their duty to get it right. It was not a penalty. Kevin Long is devastated on his debut as he was adamant it wasn't a foul. He is distraught but I am sure he won't let if affect his football career. "We have then got back to 2-1 and conceded from two set-plays at the end which is frustrating. The corner and the long throw both could have been avoided and we have got to defend better. "I tore a strip of the players but I was perhaps too harsh with 10 men as they worked their socks off, you can't be too critical but we have got to learn and learn quickly."
