Referee Halsey back in black
Halsey, 48, was told he had a tumour in his throat last summer and has not refereed a league game since August 15 when he officiated Everton's Premier League match against Arsenal.[LNB]Having undergone intensive treatment he is hoping to be able to make a return to the top flight, and has expressed hope he will be able to take charge of an Everton home match.[LNB]Halsey said recently: "Any game I referee now is a bonus, and if I am not back in the Premier League before the end of the season, then so be it.
