Khan outlines plan for future

Accrington boss John Coleman could see his playing budget receive a welcome boost alongside a move to a new stadium. Stanley's non-executive chairman Ilyas Khan confirmed his intentions to find a new home away from the Crown Ground and to increase funds for Coleman as he bids to move the club forward. Khan became Stanley's non-executive chairman when his cash saved the Reds from winding up proceedings last November and he stated his ambitions for the League Two club. "We have three objectives," Khan told the Lancashire Telegraph. "To ultimately find a new home, to increase the budget for John Coleman to bring in better players and to enhance the current stadium so that we can be that much more welcoming to visitors and fans."
