Grayson loans Lees to Stanley
The 18-year-old joins Whites team-mate Alan Martin at Stanley and could make his debut in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash against Oldham on Tuesday night.
Leeds boss Grayson told the club's official website: "Tom did well when he was with the first team (on their pre-season tour of Ireland) and showed that he was ready to make the step up to experience first-team football.
"The move to Accrington will give him the opportunity to spend time in a first-team environment and we will be keeping an eye on him."
