Coleman's boys on a roll

Accrington manager John Coleman senses his side's play-off challenge is gathering momentum following their 3-1 home win over Burton. Phil Edwards, Ian Craney and Andy Procter were all on target for Stanley in a one-sided clash, while Greg Pearson scored a late consolation for Burton. Coleman said: "I thought we were smashing. We were right at it from the off and we played well, worked really hard and pressed Burton and got our goals. We really got at them and made chances. "We know our pitch isn't the best, but we are used to it and we have to use it to our advantage. At half-time we were on top, but it was only 1-0 and we warned the players, but luckily for us we came straight out and scored the second. "Andy Procter's goal was the pick. He is an honest player with fantastic energy and it was a special goal and he deserved it. "Now we have a massive game against Port Vale at home on Saturday and hopefully the players have got the bit between their teeth."
