Coleman rues spot kick struggles

Andrew Procter was sent off for handball in stoppage time and Phil Jevons converted from 12 yards to earn the Shakers three points after Peter Cavanagh had earlier missed from the spot for Stanley. "I think we were harshly done by," said Coleman. "The linesman has spotted a handball from 40 yards away that the referee didn't see from six and it's not the first time it's happened to us. "If you'd have flown from Buenos Aires you'd have thought we were the team fourth in the league. I thought we were the better team in the second half but we didn't manage to score from 12 yards and they did. "We've missed four out of five penalties this season and I think of the 10 we conceded, nine were scored. They had four forwards to use too and we had one, and that's been the tale of our season."
