Accrington assistant manager Jimmy Bell has singled out midfielder Jimmy Ryan for praise after his recent performances. Ryan has failed to score in League Two this season but has been influential in creating goalscoring opportunities for his team-mates. "This is as good as Jimmy's ever played for us and I still think there's a lot better to come," Bell told the club's official website. "He's got a great pedigree, he's got every attribute a footballer could want, except for being a midget. He's magnificent. A great pro. "I know he'll go onto better things, whether it's with Stanley or with a higher club I don't know, but we'll do our best to keep Jimmy here and keep him playing well."
