AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has set his sights on signing one from a stellar list of new strikers for next season.
Ancelotti wants either Didier Drogba, Samuel Eto'o, Emmanuel Adebayor or Amauri to bolster his strikeforce as he looks to launch a fresh assault on the elusive Scudetto.
The Rossoneri have seen city rivals Internazionale take the honours in Serie A for the last three seasons.
Of the coveted quartet, unsettled Chelsea striker Drogba is believed to be most likely to join Milan.
"We will return next season to win Serie A," proclaimed Ancelotti.
"We will sign one of Drogba, Eto'o, Adebayor or Amauri. All of those players have perfect characteristics.
"There will be new names at the club, but it will not be a revolution because the basis of the group is already solid."
Meanwhile, Milan have confirmed that Brazil midfielder Kaka may require knee surgery during the close season.
"Kaka will today visit a specialist in Brazil to verify the condition of his left knee," read a club statement.
"The test will be carried out by the medical staff of the Brazil national team in the presence of Milan doctor Massimiliano Sala."
