AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has claimed that Barcelona ace Ronaldinho will join his club if he chooses to leave the Camp Nou.
The 28-year-old has been linked with a move away from Barca after recent disagreements with coach Frank Rijkaard and Berlusconi believes that the Rossoneri are the only club seriously in the hunt.
He commented: "We are doing everything possible to bring Ronaldinho to Milan.
"He has said he won't go to any other squad, only to the World Club champions.
"Ronaldinho would gladly join us, not least because there are many Brazilian team-mates here waiting for him and he knows at Milan we treat everyone very well."
The player's agent, Roberto de Assis, has earlier played down talk of a move, telling Don Balon: "Ronaldinho has a contract until 2010 and I am not looking for any other option.
"Decisions need to be made calmly at the right time and not during a tough period or in the heat of the moment."
