Klaas-Jan Huntelaar is ready to follow in the footsteps of some Dutch legends after agreeing to join AC Milan.
The Netherlands striker has agreed a four-year contract with the Rossoneri after leaving Real Madrid following just six months in Spain.
Subject to a medical, Huntelaar will join a club where the likes of compatriots Marco van Basten, Ruud Gullit and Frank Rijkaard all excelled during the 1990s and the striker can't wait to pull on the famous red and black jersey.
"I am very happy to arrive in Milan, a city that is very special for the Dutch," he declared.
"I don't know when I will take the field. That is for Milan to decide.
"In any case, I am excited about this new adventure."
