Berlusconi: Kaka decision near

AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi expects a final decision on the future of Kaka to be made on Monday.

The Brazil star is believed to be on the verge of sealing a £56million move to Real Madrid after the two clubs agreed a fee earlier in the week.

Kaka is currently away on international duty and Berlusconi has suggested a Monday deadline is likely to reveal whether the former World and European Player of the Year will be moving to Spain.

He said: "On Monday you will all know the decision that has been taken. We will talk when we have a definite decision.

"At the moment there is no decision. On Monday I will meet with Kaka and then we shall see.

"Putting aside the great friendship, the negotiations are in the hands of Kaka's father. He is the one who will decide."
