Antonini taken to hospital with head injury

AC Milan full-back Luca Antonini was taken to hospital with a suspected head injury following the 2-1 Italian Cup victory over Novara, Italian news agency Ansa reported on Thursday.
Antonini suffered a blow to his head during the game but is said to be comfortable following tests.
Brazilian forward Alexandre Pato scored the winning goal to send the Italian champions into a quarter-final meeting with Lazio.
