Antonio Cassano has been given the all-clear to resume playing with AC Milan following medical tests on Monday.
Cassano has not played since the end of October after suffering a minor stroke that required surgery to repair a heart defect.
He has been training with his team-mates recently but needed to pass a medical examination before his playing licence could be restored.
