France international centre-back Adil Rami has begun training with AC Milan, even though he cannot play for the Serie A giants until January.
Rami fell out with his current employers Valencia earlier this season after criticising his coach Miroslav Djukic and teammates in a radio interview, calling some of his teammates "boot-lickers".
He has been loaned to Milan but cannot play for them until the winter transfer window opens.
But the 27-year-old began training with his new teammates Tuesday and joins fellow France centre-back Philippe Mexes and childhood friend Kevin Constant, a Guinea international who was born and bred in France.
Rami joined Valencia in 2011 after five years with Lille.
He has played 26 times for his country, scoring once.
