AC Milan to ship out Pato, Robinho before bringing in Balotelli

AC Milan have been long term admirers of Manchester City's striker Mario Balotelli and haven't hidden their desire to bring him to his former clubs (Inter Milan) rivals.

However they have already have three talented strikers at the club with the experienced Robinho and Pato (who are currently under performing) and the young and very impressive Italian Stephan El Shaarawy.

Balotelli was partnered by El Shaarway during the European Championship for Italy and 'Super Mario' played some of his best football, the kind Mancini has being trying but failing to get the mercurial striker to conjure up for City.

With January rolling round fast it seems AC Milan seem intent on being heavily involved, especially when dealing in Italian and Brazilian centre forwards. Whatever happens in January you can be almost certain that Mario Balotelli will make the headlines on a regular basis.

Would Mario succeed in Milan? Is Balotelli worth Pato and Robinho?
