The SFA are now on the lookout for a new man at the helm after Burley was sacked on Monday following a dismal run in charge of the national team.[LNB]Scotland failed to qualify for next summer's World Cup finals in South Africa before being put the sword by a youthful Wales at the weekend.[LNB]McGhee says he did not apply for the job last time, although his name was put forward, and has no interest in sending off his CV this time around.[LNB]"I didn't apply for the Scotland job last time," said McGhee. "I was invited for an interview after being put forward by Alex McLeish and Gordon Strachan.[LNB]"All my best mates were pushing me up there, although I don't know if they are mates or not after what happened to George.[LNB]"But I certainly won't be applying or doing anything in any other shape or form about the Scotland job.[LNB]"That was my punt at it then and it will be a while before I think about that again. I have a great job ahead of me here at Aberdeen and there is nothing else on my mind apart from that."[LNB][LNB]
