McGhee Thanks Dons-Mad Regulars
Aberdeen boss Mark McGhee 'truly appreciates' emails prompted by Aberdeen-Mad messageboard thread. DONS boss Mark McGhee has publically thanked all the fans who took time to email him offering support - all because of a thread on Aberdeen-Mad's Stand Free messageboard. The thread was started by Aberdeen-Mad regular seanthesheep - click here to read the thread, where he encouraged regulars to the forum to email the club and demonstrate the fans support for the new boss. And McGhee was so touched by the messages that he made a statement on the club's official website RedWeb this evening. He said: "Up until today I have personally been answering all the emails sent in by supporters however due to the overwhelming volume of emails which I received this afternoon I have had to draft this generic response. "I have taken the time to read all the emails and I truly appreciate the support. "Rest assured I remain totally committed to the job I came here to do."
