McGhee expects Miller to depart Dons

The striker is out of contract at the end of the season and the Dons boss thinks he will likely leave for free in the summer.[LNB]Miller, Mark Kerr, Gary McDonald, Charlie Mulgrew and Richard Foster all have six months left on their Pittodrie deals, but it is Miller's situation that concerns McGhee the most.[LNB]McGhee believes the 26-year-old, who scored the winner against Rangers in November, has options and is disappointed his out-of-contract stars are yet to commit.[LNB]The former Motherwell boss is now preparing for life without Miller, although he has confirmed that no-one has approached the club with a view to signing him in January.[LNB]"Miller is out of contract and his situation concerns me more than others as he has options," explained McGhee.[LNB]"He is a player who will be in demand because of the form he has shown and is one we are in danger of losing.[LNB] "I have to prepare for that. We don't have an absolute poacher, a Joe Harper if you like, in the squad so we are also looking at that.[LNB]"No one has made an approach for any of them but neither have they picked up the contracts that have been offered. They are all still humming and hawing, talking via their agents and boxing clever.[LNB]"I suppose that is their prerogative but it has still been a wee bit disappointing. I had hoped one or two of them might have been more willing to commit by now."[LNB][LNB] St Mirren 11/8, Aberdeen 15/8, Draw 12/5
