Langfield To Return Home Today
Aberdeen FC has announced that goalkeeper Jamie Langfield will be discharged from Glasgow Southern General Hospital today. Doctors have given the big stopper the all-clear to continue his recuperation at home following a seizure on Monday. A message on the official Aberdeen FC website RedWeb said: "While there are still a few details regarding the cause of Jamie's illness to be determined, the family is anxious that their privacy is respected at this difficult time." Fans have flooded the Aberdeen Mad messageboard to pass on their best wished to Clangers, and the link has been given to Aberdeen FC's press office to pass on to Jamie.
