Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood revealed that a half-time dressing down was behind Tuesday's 2-1 victory at Kilmarnock.

Lee Miller scored both goals as the Dons came from behind at Rugby Park to move up into fourth place in the table.

"I was very disappointed with the whole team in the first half - our passing, the pace of our game," admitted Calderwood.

"We had a few choice words at half time. The second half we started a lot better, passing at pace and defending further up the park not making simple mistakes. Then we got another wonderful goal from big Lee.

"They threw everything at us but we had a big physical team out there and we got a very important win at a very difficult venue."
