Aberdeen boss Jimmy Calderwood has confirmed that veteran striker Craig Brewster faces well over a month on the sidelines after suffering a dislocated shoulder at the weekend.
The 40-year-old, who only recently joined the Dons after a spell as manager of Dundee United, had to be replaced just before half-time of the 1-1 draw with another of his former clubs, Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Calderwood told the Press & Journal: "The way it is looking at the moment is that Craig has dislocated his shoulder and could be out for four to six weeks."
The Dons manager also confirmed that winger Jamie Smith and defender Zander Diamond face lengthy spells on the sidelines.
He added: "Jamie is out for six to eight weeks with a groin injury and Zander needs an operation on a groin which will keep him out for the same length of time."
