Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood has joined the race to sign Manchester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.
The 20-year-old is also wanted by Falkirk, where he spent the second half of the 2006-07 campaign on loan.
The Dons are in the market for a new shot-stopper after Jamie Langfield was made available for sale.
Aberdeen's director of football Willie Miller said: "We haven't received offers for Langfield or any of our players.
"Unless that changes we'll be going with Derek Soutar, Greg Kelly and Langfield as our keepers next season."
