Dons quartet offered new deals

Winger Pawlett only signed a new three-year deal in February, however, the Pittodrie outfit have been thrilled with his progress and are keen to reward him.[LNB]Fyvie, 16, is one of the country's hottest properties and has impressed in the SPL this season with a number of fine displays despite his tender years.[LNB]Paton has started seven league matches this term while Maguire has predominantly featured off the bench, scoring once in league action.[LNB]McGhee has confirmed the quartet have all been offered new terms and hopes the players remain with the Dons for the foreseeable future.[LNB]"Offers have been made to Peter Pawlett, Fraser Fyvie, Michael Paton and Chris Maguire," McGhee told the Daily Express.[LNB]"They have all done well this season and I feel they should be on better deals.[LNB]"Willie Miller (director of football) is talking to the boys and there agents just now and I am confident we can get all the deals tied up over the next couple of weeks.[LNB]"I believe all four of these guys can do really well for the club.[LNB]"If they continue to develop then they can help take Aberdeen forward and we can all get the rewards.[LNB]"We aren't looking to get the boys tied up and then to sell them for the first decent offer that comes along.[LNB]"Hopefully we can keep them at Pittodrie for the next three or four years."[LNB][LNB]
