The visit of St Johnstone to Pittodrie has been moved to a 12.15pm kick-off on April 11 after ESPN chose the game for a live broadcast.[LNB]Aberdeen managing director Duncan Fraser has hit out at the impact the change has on fans as the club announced admission prices for the fixture would be cut by 50%.[LNB]Fraser told Aberdeen's website: "At the time when the current live television deals were negotiated we expressed concern that 60 live games, with potentially six live home games per non-Old Firm club, was too many.[LNB]"We believed clubs like ourselves, Hibernian, Hearts and Dundee United would be particularly affected by this and that has proved to be the case.[LNB]"We fully appreciate and understand the contribution that our broadcast partners bring to the game in Scotland and we are all extremely grateful for this.[LNB]"However, at a time when average attendances across the SPL are down it is understandable that fans get frustrated at the amount of time and date changes, and this just adds to the level of discontent.[LNB]"We hope when the next television contract is tendered the mix of games and packages offered can add value but reflects the need to consider the fans who are, after all, the lifeblood of our game.[LNB]"Live football in front of poor crowds does absolutely nothing to enhance the product."[LNB][LNB]
