Aberdeen boss McGhee on Monday night finally sealed a deal for striker MacLean, 27, who he had been tracking all January.[LNB]And he was also reunited with versatile left-sided player Paterson, who played under him at Motherwell.[LNB]The pair are both set to be involved in Tuesday night's SPL clash with Falkirk, with McGhee wanting them involved as soon as possible.[LNB]"As long as when they come off the plane, they're feeling okay then they will be included," McGhee told RedTV.[LNB]"We want to get them in there. They're here until the end of the season, so we don't want to waste any games."[LNB]McGhee, whose side travel to Raith Rovers in the Active Nation Scottish Cup on Saturday, added: "We've got a big cup game.[LNB]"We want to integrate them right away, so we can have the option to use them on Saturday. We've got to get them in the team."[LNB]McGhee was able to move for MacLean after selling Lee Miller to Middlesbrough for a fee reportedly in the region of £500,000.[LNB]The Dons boss insisted it would have been "wrong" to deny Miller the chance to join the Championship club.[LNB]McGhee decided to cash in after talks over extending the Scotland international's contract - which was due to expire in the summer - came to nought.[LNB]Falkirk goalkeeper Robert Olejnik will be looking to deny MacLean a debut goal.[LNB]Despite the Bairns' rock-bottom position, the 23-year-old has kept six clean sheets in the SPL this season, as many as Celtic's Artur Boruc, and he feels his game is benefiting from an extended spell in the first team.[LNB]"Personally, it's good to get a run of games because for the last two seasons I have not really had that, it's been 10 games and that was it," he said.[LNB]"It's good to get a longer run. It's been a bit inconsistent at the beginning of the season.[LNB]"I think I have found a bit of consistency now and I'm looking to continue that."[LNB]The Pittodrie game is Falkirk's sixth in 18 days but Olejnik is not complaining about the schedule.[LNB]"It's good because you don't have to wait a whole week," he said.[LNB]"I think the boys look forward to that. We had quite a bit of rest over Christmas - it was nearly 20 days without a game.[LNB]"We had to play bounce games so the boys could get match fitness.[LNB]"It's a little bit different for me because I don't have to run as much but I like playing Saturday-Tuesday."[LNB][LNB]
