Aluko injury boost for Dons

Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood has revealed that Sone Aluko did not suffer a serious injury during Saturday's 2-0 win over Motherwell.

The Dons initially feared the winger was facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines with a hamstring problem.

"We are hoping it is not too bad," manager Jimmy Calderwood told the club's official website.

"He might miss Saturday and he might be out for two weeks, but we will have to see. It's nothing serious."

Meanwhile, defender Andrew Considine, who was also injured against the Steelmen, could be back for the weekend trip to Kilmarnock.
