Akinfenwa welcomes Dons interest
Aberdeen target Adebayo Akinfenwa is open to a move to the Scottish Premier League club.[LNB] The out-of-contract Northampton striker has been the subject of an inquiry from the Dons.[LNB]Now back in Britain from holiday, Akinfenwa will meet his agent Dean Baker this week to discuss his future.[LNB]"Aberdeen are a big club," Akinfenwa told the Evening Express.[LNB]"I've got some good friends in Scotland and they tell me that.[LNB]"I am leaving Northampton to play at a higher level and all interest is welcome."[LNB]
