Dons defender Ryan Jack captained Scotland's Under-21s to a memorable 2-1 away victory over Holland this evening.

The Scots skipper - whose stunning solo effort for the Dons at Celtic Park has been nominated for Sky Sports' SPL Goal of the Month - also set up David Wotherspoon's 55th-minute winner in an incredible evening.The young Scots even had to overcome a controversial decision by a Russian linesman that let the Dutch back into the game.Jordan Rhodes continued his impressive goalscoring record by heading home in the second minute before Scotland were pegged back by a dubious decision from assistant referee Ilya Baryshnikov, who ruled Mark Ridgers had dropped Adam Maher's free-kick over his line.Scots produced an excellent second-half display and deservedly re-took the lead.Aberdonian Jack made progress up the right wing before turning the ball inside for Wotherspoon.The Hibernian midfielder fired an angled drive from 16 yards which Dutch goalkeeper Marco Bizot failed to keep out, and Billy Stark's men held out under some late pressureThe victory ended Holland's 100% record in Group 10 and moved unbeaten Scotland into second place, one point behind Holland - who have won two of the past four tournaments - after four games.
