Aalborg suffered a 2-0 thrashing recently in a match against Auxerre for the UEFA cup. From start to finish Auxerre had full control of the ball. However Aalborg didnt give up without a fight and managed to save many goals from being scored, goals from Bonaventure Kalou & Benjani Mwaruwari are the only two goals let in by Aalborgs goalkeeper. Just before the end of the first half there was nearly another goal but this time was by Allan Jepson very close to pushing the ball past his own goal keeper, luckily for the team it was stopped.
